Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Pigeon pose) is a common pose in yoga classes. This free yoga video demonstrates pigeon step-by-step to help you when you go to your first yoga class. Watch Brian Thacker in the Natural Self Yoga Greensboro studio.

Triangle pose is an intense hip stretch while standing. This simple but powerful pose is very common in most yoga classes. This triangle pose is different from the triangle poses in Bikram yoga classes. This one is done in the Ashtanga based flow yoga classes and the Iyengar based alignment classes. This free yoga video is so that new students will understand what to expect when they go to a yoga studio for the first time.
